@Elizabeth Pereira I would suggest taking a look at this https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/resources/guides/extend-functionality/confluence-jira#create-Jira-reports-Confluence and this https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/use-jira-and-confluence-together/ 

We use them to create dynamic reports and reports around weekly / monthly work.  All of the reports use filters to feed the data into Confluence
