Cant edit / delete User

Druckhaus December 28, 2019

Hi All.

I have Jira and Confluence.

Both on ssl. Confluence is port 8444 and Jira 8080 (redirect to 443)

Both runs.

The user in confluence (the same in jira) cant be edit. And I cannot delete.

I can't change anything.

The message is every time:

There was an error during user deletion: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out. Please check your log files for more details.

And I cannot add another in groups.... Nothing.

Does anybody knows ... why

Kindly regards Thorsten

If you are using Jira as your user directory for Confluence you will need to edit, update and delete users in the Jir instance.  When Confluence syncs with Jira then it will be updated.
