Cannot start Synchrony Service on Linux Server

Hi ,

I download Confluence 6.4.0 tar file  (Server version) for evaluation.  When I execute, I found Synchrony Service not start on 8091 port. And no service running on 8091.  The error message show "[confluence.plugins.synchrony.SynchronyContextProvider] getContextMap This instance could not be registered with Synchrony."

The config of tomcat are all use the default value, except add data source setting.

Does anyone know what's step or configure setting  I miss?

JRE_HOME of tomcat default set to "/usr" and need to set JRE_HOME  to correct path in  <Confluence_Installation_Directory>/bin/

It's strange there is no Error or Warning log about this.
