Cannot see the other member's profile pictures

Hello,

The profile pictures of the other team members are not showing in Confluence nor JIRA. I'm just seeing name initials. But they have uploaded their profile pictures on their sides, and they can see everybody's picture.

I am the admin. How can I see the other people's picture?

I have the same issue. All of the team members see each others photos and I dont see theirs. I am the org owner.

Hi @Matthias JOHAN ,

Can you please verify if you can see your profile picture and name when you select People. It will list the people directory.

You can also try to use user macro on the page and verify if you can see people's names and profile pictures.
