Cannot install OneDrve add-in or access "Find apps" for COnfluence
Hi all. I am a new user setting up Confluence for our company. Please help! I am the main administrator for our company. I have subscribed us to Jira Core and Confluence Cloud. When I try to install / purchase the OneDrive add-in for Confluence via marketplace on the web, it says that I must be an administrator to do so. However, I am the only admin! It is frustrating.
I have read that by installing the add-ins via Confluence when you are logged in, it will solve the problem... but I am logged in, but cannot find settings / marketplace to install the add-in.
Do you install via settings for a Space? Or must there be general settings for Confluence. I can access Marketplace for Jira directly, but cannot do so for Confluence. Please help! I am such a noob! Will appreciate any help. Screen shots for the "error" and my Confluence page attached. What must I do??????????????? Thanks all
