Cannot find user in Confluence

Hi Team,

I am trying to add some users in a Confluence space but I am not able to find; even in the User Management page.

I am using Crowd application to manage the users, so just to ensure, I added the users to the confluence-users as I have been doing to grant access.

Furthermore, I have 96 confluence licenses remaining.

Hi team,

usually when you cannot find the user, it means that the index could not be working, or the user wasn't indexed yet.

I recommend to run a reindex from scratch to be sure the user will be added to the index and try again.

Hey Matheus,

DId you synchronised the Crowd's directory again? Try to synch the directory and then search the users once more.
