Cannot configure sending JIRA notification to confluence workbox

Hi

I am trying to configure jira notification to be send into confluence workbox -

I have used the following documentation for that

how ever i cannot find the mentions plugins

• 'Workbox – Common Plugin'
• 'Workbox – JIRA Provider Plugin'

so in the in app notification i have no options to get notification from out side -
