Cannot access my document

I have experienced these issues several times:

1) First issue was that I could open my document, but I couldn't edit it. I haven't made any changes to it, outside of my usual edits. I managed to copy it, and paste into a new document.

2) The second issue is that I actually cannot even open the document I need to edit. It tells me it is in "Draft", and I don't have permissions to edit the document. No edits have been made for a while, I haven't added any macros (because I don't know how), but the document became not accessible for some reason.

@Yelena Yakovenko 

  • Did you try to use Confluence from a different browser?
  • Anyone else having these issues?
  • Can you check with the admin if he/she is seeing errors on the logs.
