Cannot access my account

Atlassian wants to re-verify my account so says its sending a verification to my e-mail - that I don't receive.

 

Can't access my account!

Hi @roy_ferguson 

If your organisation is using firewall or proxy settings, this could be blocking some verification services.

I would whitelist Atlassian's domains and IPs and see if this resolves the issue - see those on this page.

If you're still having issues - or if you're the main Admin and cannot access your site to see the user settings - I would suggest contacting https://support.atlassian.com/ for further assistance.
