Is there a way that Atlassian could restore our business data after the account was deactivated?
We failed to act on the warning before the account was deactivated. We received all warnings about de activation and didn't act on them. This was a big mistake from our side.
No warning was received before the data was deleted.
We didn't know that there is a strict policy for expired accounts where data is deleted after 30 days.
Can you please restore our data? It has been done before for another customer
