Can you "include" or insert a page in a template?

I have created a header page (logo + hero + menu) and I would like to include it in the body of every page of a space. What is the best way to do that? For now, I go to every page and I add the include macro at the very top. Ideally, I should code the header within the template but I only know html and css..

The biggest problem is that I would like to add the title of the page between the header (page content) and the body.

Its not always ideal, but you could try adding it as custom header for the space via Space Tools > Look and Feel > Header and footer? You haven't said what version of Confluence you are using, but it should work in cloud and on server.
