Can you give someone Edit rights on a specific page within a Space, without them also having Edit rights on the overall Space in confluence.

To add to the answer of @John Funk: The only way to do this is to give the user edit space permissions (as already said) and then manually limit the edit permission of all other pages except the one you want to be editable.

However, a better solution is probably to move your page to a new space where you can control access on space level only.
