Can you export/share a confluence page to another confluence server?

You can also try to use our plugin, https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.vertuna.confluence.plugins.confirest to include your content from one Confluence into another in realtime (without exporting/importing). 

Basically plugin acts as a proxy, allowing you to include the structured and unstructured content from any web service. Handles transparently the authentication details when necessary

Yes, you can export the page to XML and then upload it to another instance. The instances need to be the same major version. More details in this article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Exporting+Confluence+Pages+and+Spaces+to+XML
