Can we deactivate the Experts and Ranking views in Confluence Questions?

We are just about to implement Confluence Questions in our Company. Our works council does not like the expert view and we also do not see much benefit in this. Especially being able to see user based number of questions replies could be a problem here. 

Is it possible to easily deactivate these views? Our first thought was to just hide the Experts link in the main view, but this will not solve the problem entirely.

Can anybody help?
