We allow anonymous access to most of our site but we want to restrict access to some pages and have created a group to do this. This works OK (using permissions), but we do not want the users who login to see these pages to also see menus, their profile, the People directory, or anything else.
Is there a way to do this - I don't see anything is User admin or Global Permissions.
You may be able to use a custom theme or CSS to hide the features on the spaces where you allow the limited permission users. However, these customizations would also apply when the users with full permissions view the spaces.
No, if someone can log in, then they can use the functions that let them use Confluence.
