Can we create a form in confluence page which fills out some information in another page?

Hi Everyone,

We have created a space for every client and have created pages for particular things e.g,

[Client Space] --> ABC

[Space page]---> ABC Network Diagrams

[Space page]---> ABC SLA and Contract

[Space page]---> ABC NDA

I would like to be able to create a form with variables in ABC Client Space and use that form to popullate other pages with that same information. E.g, i input the client name and address and it gets inserted in the other pages, wherever i call the variables used in the form.

Is this possible.

Thanks alot.
