Can't login to my Confluence

Rest of my team can access the confluence pages but I can't.  I don't even get the option to login at all.  I just get the message we can't log you in.  I need this for our sprint that is going to start tomorrow

Hello there @Mariki Jovner!

As I understand, you are currently unable to login to your Confluence site.

The first thing we can try is to Use another browser. Using another browser can help us understand if the root of your situation lies in the session you are currently using.

If another browser works, we can then try one or both of these:

  • Clear browser cache and disable browser plugins (if any)
  • Use the browser native Anonymous/Private mode and disable browser plugins (if any)

Now, let me ask you a few questions. Here we go:

  1. Does your company use any kind of (Single Sign-On) solution?
  2. Would it be possible for you to take a screenshot of the message that you see when there is a login attempt?

When taking the screenshot, please keep in mind that our  Community is an open space and everyone can see everything you post here.
