I've tried to install the APP
"Link Management for Confluence" (Lively Apps)
few times in the last 2 weeks and always get always the error message.
We ran into a little trouble Unfortunately, we’re unable to process your request.
Please retry again in some time
Any ideas?

You should contact the vendor for the app directly for assistance.
There were issues reported and investigated pertaining to installing apps (among other things) over the last two weeks (based on the incident emails I received), so that could have contributed to the issue.
