When I try to create a new page, I get a "no access, request access" screen.
I am admin, and have full access rights.
When I select "request access" it tells me Confluence requested myself to grant me access. However, I do not receive an access request.
I can still edit pages.
we're on the Free tier for now. We seem to be within limit (7 users, 1 admin).
Logging out, cleaning cache & cookies, restarting browser did the trick for me.
Not sure what the root cause is though...

Want to support you as have faced exactly the same problem today. Yesterday I've created pages and now makes me ask myself for permission.

I just cleansed the browser, and logged in again. Fixed it for me (for now). Hope it works for you as well!
