Hi!
We're using Confluence v7.1.1 and Jira v8.13.4 on different Linux VMs. Both are accessed by a HAproxy reverse proxy which is configured as encrypting TLS proxy. The apps have the following URLs and are only reachable internally:
The apps work fine by themselves. We're having problems linking Confluence to Jira. It works the other way around. In Jira it shows the link state as "connected".
In Confluence / Configuration -> General Config -> Application Linking it shows "network error". In the Chrome Dev Tools it returns this:
{
"link": {
"id": "cb8454ef-09d6-3724-8137-bb5ba1184a3c",
"name": "Jira",
"displayUrl": "https://jira.server.de",
"rpcUrl": "https://jira.server.de",
"type": "jira"
},
"working": false,
"localAuthentication": {
"incoming": {
"enabled": true,
"twoLoEnabled": true,
"twoLoImpersonationEnabled": false
},
"outgoing": {
"enabled": true,
"twoLoEnabled": true,
"twoLoImpersonationEnabled": false
}
},
"error": {
"category": "NETWORK_ERROR",
"type": "UNEXPECTED_RESPONSE"
}
}
How do we debug or resolve this?
Kind regards,
Hannes
