Hi Dear Community,
after update Confluence to version 7.19.16 site logo has changed to default and when loading a new logo does not change.
I can save the uploaded image, but in general, it is not shown. After the first changes, I restored the default version and then tried again, but I could not do it.
Please can you help me understand what the problem is?
@Stumper Dumpel If this is occurring in a test enviro, I'd suggest giving safe mode a try and then try the logo change https://confluence.atlassian.com/upm/disabling-and-enabling-apps-273875716.html to rule out any interference from an out of date third party plugin.
Hi @Steve Shaw ,
I tried safe mode and also disabling apps manually, but that didn't help. Error with changing site logo remains.

Hello @Stumper Dumpel ,
Make sure that logo is not bigger than 48px. Also have you checked the dev console of the browser that you are using for some errors?

@Nikola Perisic Hi!
Logo size 20x46.
There are errors in the browser console, but how can you figure out which errors may relate to the logo?
Also, if you reset the favicon, the new icon will not load.

Hi @Stumper Dumpel ,
Make sure that logo is both and in width to max of 48px. Another question, are you hosting this server locally?

I made random logo 48x46, nothing has changed.
Test logo ->
Yes, local server.
upd. "The height of the logo image will be constrained to a maximum of 48 px." - It says that the height should be 48px, but it still doesn't work.

My team took a quick look at this one and couldn't reproduce it with a stock Confluence installation.
Can you please reach out to our Support team via https://support.atlassian.com so they can help you investigate the issue?
Thanks,
