Can't add/edit page keys

I’m having trouble adding or editing “page keys” in Confluence. In the past, when I needed to add one, I would simply go to the dropdown at the far right and select “add page key” (or something to this effect). Now I can’t seem find the option anywhere.

Does anyone have any idea what I might be missing here?

This is actually a feature within the Scroll Versions app, which it looks like you're using.
