Can't able to view or download the attachment in attachments section

Hi Team,

We are unable to view or download the attachment from attachments section in a wiki page.When we click on that attachment, it's displaying like "Not Permitted".Below are the attachment details,

File Name : ic_favicon_emm_win_16.ico
Content Type : application/x-upload-data
Size : 1KB

Also, attached screen shots of 'Properties of that Attachment' and 'Error Message'.

Kindly let us know, Why we are receiving this message and How to overcome it?

Hello Sudhakar,

Do the page where the attachments resides have permissions? You may want to check if the problem is related to the not having permissions to access the page. Try to use the local administrator and check if the issue persists.

I couldn't find the screenshoots. You may want to send the screenshots links to this question so we can see the behavior. have you found something in logs regarding the attachments?
