We've been using confluence OnDemand for a year or so, and have recently turned on a Jira instance. This has changed the admin functions on Users, and as a result we no longer have the button to disable a user, and also, if I try and click delete it tells me that confluence is not authorised.

Hi Matthew, you can add or remove usage permissions through the application access panel in OnDemand, the path is to select to the cog icon > User Management > Application Access page. For reference this is the correspoding documentation.
