Can $parent or $page.title variable labels be added to attachments on pages?

I've created a space for sharing knowledge among members of a team.

I've used Brikit Theme Press and Service Rocket Scaffolding to create a template for creation of each page.

They have a large amount of previously created files that they would like to attach to the pages in the space. To maintain the labelling of the content, I'd like to find a way of automatically applying a variable label to them. The variable is the title of the page that contains the attachment.

Can someone guide me in the right direction in resolving this issue?
