Can multiple users use one login simultaneously?

We want to control access to parts of our site by giving a group of customers a username and login and giving that username access to the relevant pages. Rather than create many different users, can we create one user and give the details to multiple customers? Will several people be able to login as the same user at he same time?

Yes, they may all use the same credentials at the same time.

Thanks Ann. Did you see my other question asked at the same time - it has one answer. Is this correct?

I am answering you on your other question: Can we create users with very minimal permissions?

I am moving your questions from the Questions topic over to the general Confluence questions, since these questions don't pertain specifically to the Questions for Confluence plugin.
