Can confluence pull data form JIRA service management

This may sound like a silly question, but I am a newbee!

Can Confluence pull data from issues which are created and stored in JIRA service desk?

Hi @Helen Pippard , if your Confluence and Jira applications are linked you can pull JIRA data with Jira Macros:

1. In the editor choose Insert > Jira Issue.
2. Follow the prompts in the macro browser to choose a project and search for an issue 

Once you add it you can customize it to show what you want, please take a look at the links below for more reference on how this works and adding application links, if they're not done yet
