There is a option to enable anonymous (non-confluence user) access for a space
you can check and disable that if you want to restrict the same
Space Tools --> permissions

again you must have permission to add restriction

Can you elaborate the steps on how will I be able to do this?
I've tried to change the restriction through Space Tools --> permissions as per your instruction above but doing this made the whole space available in public eyes.
I only need a specific link to be viewable by public but I'd like to keep the rest of the Space to be restricted.
