Can a page be viewed by a non confluence user?

Can a non-confluence user view pages? if yes, how is it restricted?

Hi @Mangulabnan_ Bianca ,

There is a option to enable anonymous (non-confluence user) access for a space

you can check and disable that if you want to restrict the same

Space Tools --> permissions

Hope this helps

BR,

Leo

Thank you very much for answering my question. What if I apply the restriction to a specific page in a space?

Leo Community Leader Mar 18, 2021

that would work as well.

Thank you very much for helping me but can I ask on how to do this on the attached image? just an example. thank you again. Below is a page under the Customer Services of Space Directory.Capture.PNG

"..."(in top right corner) --> page restriction

again you must have permission to add restriction

Hope this helps

 BR,

Leo

Thank you very much for the answer.

Hello, @Leo .

Can you elaborate the steps on how will I be able to do this?

2021_04_14_18_54_15_Solved_Can_a_page_be_viewed_by_a_non_confluence_user_.jpg

I've tried to change the restriction through Space Tools --> permissions as per your instruction above but doing this made the whole space available in public eyes.

I only need a specific link to be viewable by public but I'd like to keep the rest of the Space to be restricted.

Can you please help me?
