Can You Drag Files OUT of Confluence?

I am trying to create a PowerPoint slide library and it would be useful for my users to be able to just drag a given slide into a presentation they are building.

Users can download any attachment to their PC - once they download the full set of slides in the PPT file they can pick and choose as they like.

But dragging a single slide out of a PPT containing several slides whilst the PPT file is still only residing on a Confluence page sounds to be a "trick too far"
