Can I use my email address as an argument when I construct a Sidebar link?

I would like to link to an external service from the Sidebar, and I would like to add the currently logged in user's email address as argument in the URL.

Example:

https://xxx.yyy.zz/path/page?parameterName=${currentUser.email}

or something like that.

It would really be great.
