Can I setup automatic confluence backups ?

I am using Confluence Cloud and want to know if I can set up automatic backups (or they part of the Confluence Cloud solution itself?).

A daily backup on weekdays is all I need.

Hi,

The administration console allows you to schedule various administrative jobs in Confluence, so that they are executed at regular time intervals.

Please check the below link

That's for Server, not Cloud

Atlassian take backups of Cloud for you regularly, but these are aimed at system recovery more than anything else.

You can run a download of your system every 48 hours by going to Admin -> backups - this provides a file from which you can restore your Cloud instance in a server version with no data loss.
