I have a Comala workflow that has 3 paths it can follow in order to become a published page. One of these paths is required to be followed on an annual basis, while the other 2 paths should not reset the timer but I cannot leave the page in Published in those instances either. Is there any way to automate this so the page being pulled out of "Published" is triggered by an expiry on an earlier state? I can add an periodic review on the whole macro but it is reset every time that the page enters the Published state.
If not, is there a way to trigger a delayed email from that earlier state? So I can send the person responsible an email 1 year after it hits that state.
Hello @Summer Lindsay
Welcome to the community! Your use case sounds very specific so I think it is best that you open a ticket with our Customer Success team at https://support.comalatech.com describing the desired behaviour for each path.
If you are using Comala Document Management server, it would be very helpful if you could attach a support package, see https://docs.comalatech.com/space/CDML/6833242992/Support+Console+-+Space+Tools for details.
If you are using Comala Document Management cloud, please copy your JSON markup to a txt file and attach that, see https://docs.comalatech.com/space/CDMC/6916244823/JSON%20editor for details
Thanks in advance
James
