Can I only give the space member only view, or only upload, no download permission?

Hi Team,

In Confluence, can I give the space member only view permission, or only upload permission, no download permission?

I only see the Add or Delete permission in Space Permission.

If a user can see a page (or attachment), then they have already downloaded it.  Their browser has got a downloaded copy so it can render it.

Space permissions control if a user can upload attachments.

I've already answered download - if a user can see the contents in their browser, they already have downloaded it.
