Can I globally change the default pages included in newly created Spaces?

Hello,

Currently migrating to Confluence Cloud so still finding my way. 

When a Personal space is created the space includes some sample pages: Meeting Notes, Decision, Product Requirements

I'm attempting to customise the default Personal Space template so the sample pages created in a new Personal Space are instead: My User Manual, To-Do List, Employee Handbook

I've followed this documentation on customising default space content already but this only focuses on the content of the home page rather than the overall space. 

Any pointers would be great. Thanks!
