Hello,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request access to our Confluence workspace. I need this access to create and manage documentation, including guides on using various tools and procedures.
Could you please grant me the necessary permissions to access more possibilities and edit Confluence pages, wider assess to manage Watchlist? If there are any specific steps I need to follow or additional information required, please let me know.
Thank you!
Hi @Gintarė Radzivilavičiūtė ,
Atlassian Community is actually a 'public forum' with a global network of people where product announcements are posted and where customers often ask questions about the products and features.
However, none of us (excluding particular people from Atlassian Staff) have access to instances by other users.
👉 I would recommend reaching out to your Confluence and/or Organization administrator for more information and to request access to this particular site you're trying to access.
They'll probably be able to give you more information about the access itself and any internal policies your company might be using.
Cheers,
Tom
Hello,
how to find out, who is my Confluence and/or Organization administrator?
Thanks!
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Typically, that would be your IT or DevOps department. While it may be possible that you have admins outside of these two departments, when it comes for permissions, and perhaps, provisioning users, IT/DevOps would be a good place to start.
