Can I filter documents/pages in Confluence similar to how I can filter in JIRA?

I would like the ability for my users in Confluence to search through release notes similar to the JIRA filter:

Would this feature be available in Confluence or perhaps be available to be installed through a plugin?

I would suggest the use of labels for this. There are many macros in Confluence that can use labels as a means of filtering content.
