Can I create a page hierarchy template (multiple pages) without a plugin?

I am using the cloud-based Confluence. I need to create a set of pages that will all have the same children page, and would like to do it using a template. I can only find posts from 2013 or 2012, or posts that refer to plugins/server-based Confluence. Am I able to do this without a plug in? Or are there any plugins that work with the cloud-based Confluence?

Hi, Erin,

At this time, it's not possible natively creating page hierarchy template, and I could not find an add-on at the Marketplace for this functionality.

There is an open feature request here: Adding child pages to page blueprints

We suggest you add yourself as a watcher there to receive updates on status changes, voting onto increase its popularity.
