I need to create a tracker where I have deliverables and dependencies associated to different teams. Deliverables for one team may be a dependency for another team; therefore, I would like to create checkboxes for each deliverable and dependency so that when a deliverable is checked as completed, everywhere that this deliverable is mentioned as a dependency, it also gets checked off automatically. This is similar to in PDF forms where you have checkboxes within the form that carry the same name; when one is checked all others with the same name also get checked automatically.
