Can I connect two confluences, one cloud and one server, to the same jira?

Youngjinj February 11, 2020

I am using confluence for cloud connected to jira for server.

And I want to connect additional confluence for server.

So I wonder if two confluences for cloud and server can connect to one jira at the same time.

If possible, wouldn't two confluences affect each other?

Thank you for your help.

Hello @Youngjinj

Yes, this is possible. You would just have to make one of the Confluence instances primary.

Hope this answers your question.

Specify the default instance if you have multiple links to the same type of application (for example, to multiple Jira servers) using the Make Primary link. See   for more information.
