Can I add a link to a single page to dozens of Confluence pages at once?

I'm tracking IT releases across the country. Some releases impact one state, a group of states, or the entire country.

I'm trying to create a user-friendly directory one stop shop. Let's say I'm interested in New Hampshire releases, I can click the New Hampshire page and see the items specific to that state. Additionally, I also have pages for multi-state and countrywide releases.

My trouble begins if I have a multi-state or countrywide release: I'll add an entry to my corresponding page (multi or CW) but I want it to show up on the individual state pages (i.e., if I click the NH page, I want to see NH items as well as multi-state and countrywide items that impact NH). Adding these large releases manually to 50 individual state pages though would be tedious.

Is there a solution for managing this type of directory page structure better?

Have you tried playing with labels and having a label report macro on the different state summary pages?

When a new release is published you put the appropriate labels on it and it will show up on the pages configured to show those pages with that label.

You can use labels per state, region and a catch-all label for when it affects all.
