Can I access search queries from my users

I want to understand what my users are searching for so that I can use better labels and adjust my content to make it easier to find

You can try taking a look at the userhistoryitem table in your database to see the JQL queries ran by your users

select * from userhistoryitem where entitytype = 'JQLQuery'
