Can Confluence Tool talk/communicate with Oracle Agile system?

May we know if we are to use Confluence Tool (internally), can we talk/communicate with Oracle Agile system (which is hosted by our partner/cilent outside our company)? If yes, how can we do it? Looking forward to your kind reply and advise soon. Thank you.

Yes you can - Confluence has remote APIs.

Howver, "how can we use it" depends entirely on what you actually want to do and what your other system can support in terms of remote access.
