Some colleagues are able to add events to our Team calendar but other colleagues are not able to add events while there are no Restrictions to the calendar. Also in the Global space permission they all are set up with same permission to everything except to Space Export & Admin.

can you please advise how to solve this ?

Hi @Gina ,

Welcome to the community !!

1. Do the user has edit  page access ?
2. What version of confluence server are you using ?
3  Which Calendar plugin (vendor and version) is installed in your confluence server?

1. yes

2. how can I check this

3. how can I check this

could you advise back asap on my questions?

You should be a confluence administrator for this.

  1. To find the plugin version:
Go to admin settings --> Manage Apps.
Check for calendar plugin and click on it to find the vendor and version.

    Direct url https://<baseURL>/plugins/servlet/upm/manage/all

  2. To find the confluence version: Open any page and scroll to bottom. You will have a line like "Powered by Atlassian Confluence XXXX".
This XXX will be your confluence version

issue has been resolved in meantime. thanks

Hi @Gina ,

Glad your issue was solved, can you please let us know how it was resolved ?

It wasn't a real issue after all. When adding an event, some colleagues didn't get the full table of parameters so they first had to click on the list of which event to add before the full list with parameters popped up.
