CSS Stylesheet macro and Rollover macro in Confluence

We have been using Cloud Confluence (1000.276.0) and Server Confluence (5.9.7). CSS Stylesheet macro

and Rollover macro are available in Cloud Confluence, but they aren't available in Server Confluence.

Are those two macro available in Cloud Confluence only as default? If yes, from which version are they

introduced into Cloud Confluence? Or, is there any way to make disable to use them in Server Confluence?

It's part of the free Content Formatting for Confluence macros from Adaptavist. And yes, they're installed by default in Confluence Cloud.
