I remember that your issue came around in another post where I said that you could raise a ticket with our support so the instance could be reindexed:
Since this issue usually means the instance needs to be reindexed, we need to contact support.
Reading the previous thread, I just saw that you raised the problem that the support link I sent redirected you to our community again. I apologize for not replying to that earlier and thank you for raising this again.
Before I move forward and raise a ticket for you so the issue can be dealt with by our support team, I would like to know if you still need the ticket (you are still being redirected here) or if you came here for another reason.
If you still need the ticket, just let me know and I can raise it on your behalf since this issue can not be fixed via Community.
