Blank Excel is opened after clicking "EDIT DOCUMENT" link???????

When I upload excelsheet in confluence page through attachment it is getting uploaded & renderred on confluence page But when i try to Edit it by clicking on "EDIT DOCUMENT" link it opens as Blank .

On click of "EDIT DOCUMENT" whenever it asks for credential that time it gets open with all the data in excel  and whenever it does not ask for credential it opens as blank showing following error as shown in image :
