Best way to replace a legacy space?

Looking to replace a legacy space with an updated version of same. I am not quite sure what the best way is to do this. Create in new space and replace, archive old, just not sure. Looked through the docs but i dont see a reference for this. I will be reusing many of the existing links but updating content in all.

Hi Carlos,

There are many ways to do that. As you said, you could create a new space with the new data and remove the old one.

You can also remove the old one first, then rename the new space XML backup using these steps and import into confluence.

I hope this helps :)

Cheers,

Rodrigo
