Over the last weekend, the ToC plugin and the Basic Macros bundle in our hosted Confluence instance were disabled; I do not see any way to re-enable them.
Can someone tell me how to do this? It has lost us a lot of content present on many pages. I *hope* that content will return when the plug-ins are re-enabled.

Hi Steven,
It might be due to a timeout when starting up Confluence. I suggest creating a support request at support.atlassian.com as it will probably require a restart to start the plugin.
