My company recently got a cloud account, and now when going to login at atlassian.com, if your email address ends in `@our-domain.co`, you are immediately routed to our corporate okta.
However, before this corporate account was created, we had a dev/testing account that was registered to a user with a email that ends in `@our-domain.co`. We can no longer log in as that test account.
Being unable to log in with that account means we can't log into support to file an issue.
Being unable to log in with the site admin account means even when we have an okta-enabled user log in to file a support issue, they cannot, because they are routed to ask for help from a site admin.
So here I am, on the forums. Please help.
