Automatically label template page based on template variable

I have a template with a template variable that contains a list of quality properties, where one is to be chosen. 

qualityProps = {quality1, quality2, quality3}

When the user is generating a new quality property report via the template, I would like the resulting page to be labelled automatically based on the chosen quality property. For instance, if the user choses `quality1` the resulting page should be labelled `quality1` (or whatever the quality property is named).

How may I achieve this?

Afaik you can only use static labels on templates.

The way to build this for all users would be Confluence blueprints - https://developer.atlassian.com/server/confluence/confluence-blueprints/
